What’s your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel 30+ days before arrival for a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel 15+ days out for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full payment.

Reschedules: Rescheduling follows the original cancellation terms. To change payment method, cancel and rebook at least 15 days before arrival. Extensions are possible based on availability and may qualify for a discount.
