Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

Cancellation Policy
• 30 Day Cancellation: Cancel at least 30 days before arrival to receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable service fees.
• 15 Day Cancellation: Cancel at least 15 days before arrival to receive a 50% refund, including taxes and fees.
• 14 Days or Less: Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in a 100% forfeiture of your payment, including taxes and fees. No refunds, credits, or vouchers will be issued.

Reschedule Policy
• Rescheduling Reservations: If you choose to reschedule your reservation, the cancellation policy will apply to the original reservation dates.
• Changes to Payment Method: To change your payment method, you must cancel and rebook at least 15 days before your original arrival date.
• Extensions: You may extend your reservation at any time, subject to availability and current pricing. Special discounts may be available for extended stays if the cabin is unbooked.
